What CandleHealth is
CandleHealth coordinates access to care: a local Care Sathi, a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) for consultations, and verified partner pharmacies for medicines. CandleHealth itself is not a hospital, pharmacy, or licensed medical provider.
Regulatory status
Telemedicine consultations on this platform are provided by registered RMPs in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Medicine ordering and delivery through partner pharmacies is a coordination service; it does not have the same settled regulatory framework as the teleconsultation itself, and we make no claim otherwise.
Emergencies
CandleHealth does not replace emergency medical services. In an emergency, call 108 first — we help coordinate care, we never replace it.
